You’ll play a critical part in helping customers manage their equipment efficiently and sustainably and contributing to CHEP’s Customer Pooling ProgramKey Responsibilities Will IncludeTurning data into action: Analyse customer account data to uncover root causes, identify patterns, and deliver insights that drive smarter processes and reduce equipment loss. Owning your schedule: Plan and prioritise customer engagements based on account health and operational needs. Building strong partnerships: Connect with everyone from warehouse teams to senior decision-makers, influencing change and fostering collaboration. Driving improvement: Conduct process reviews, highlight gaps, and deliver programs that embed best practices and empower customers. Collaborating for success: Work closely with Account Managers and internal teams to align objectives, resolve challenges, and support business projects. Championing innovation: Challenge the status quo constructively and contribute to continuous improvement to the pooling ecosystem.
