Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager, located in Kota Manado, Tomohon, Kotamobagu, Gorontalo, Parigi, Luwuk. The Area Sales Manager will manage and oversee sales operations in the assigned Area. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, supervising a sales team, building long-term customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and achieving targeted revenue goals. Regular collaboration with Bank Partner. Qualifications Sales skills such as business development, lead generation, and account management.Leadership and team management abilities, including mentoring and motivating sales staff.Analytical skills for market research, competitive analysis, and sales performance evaluation.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer engagement and internal collaboration.Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.Proficiency in CRM tools and office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable but not mandatory.
