Art Director

The Art Director will develop and execute visually compelling concepts that support brand strategy and business objectives. This role requires strong design skills, creative leadership, and the ability to translate complex financial products into clear, engaging visual narratives across digital and print channels.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Development: Design and oversee visual concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory standards.Execution: Produce high-quality designs for digital platforms (web, social, email) and print materials.Collaborate with copywriters and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.Collaboration: Work closely with compliance, product, and marketing teams to ensure accuracy and alignment.Quality Assurance: Review and approve design work to maintain consistency and excellence.Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior designers and freelancers as needed.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.3–5 years of experience in art direction or senior design roles, preferably in financial services or insurance.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with tools like Figma.Strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel design work.Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial marketing.Excellent communication and time-management skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with UX/UI principles and responsive design.Familiarity with workflow tools (e.g., Workfront, Aprimo).Knowledge of emerging trends in digital marketing and creative technology.
