QualificationsCandidates must hold a bachelor's degree in marketing/business major, with min. 2 years experience in related fieldsMust have experience in handling brands (in-store activation - handling BTL and merchandising) and digital activities. Conduct competitor studies such as analyzing competitor activities and researching various types of campaignsCapable of processing and analyzing data.Have good knowledge of analytic skill (MS Excel) and alert with numbersHighly passionate in beauty, familiarity in latest beauty and marketing trends will be an advantageStrong communication and teamwork skillFluent in English is a mustResponsibilitiesSupporting brand manager in day to day tasks, oversee any aspect of marketing related to the brand and ensuring all branding decisions ultimately result in sales performanceRequired to work in different areas of marketing e.g. research (competitor study, market analysis), content (social media, product listing page, PDP, etc), design (gondola/wall dress up, event booth, etc)Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase market share, maximize profits and protect brand credibility
