If you have solid e-commerce experience and strong Mandarin skills, we’d love to meet you.Responsibilities:Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional contentTrack sales performance, traffic, and campaign resultsCoordinate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and partnersExecute promo strategies to boost sales and visibilityHandle orders, inventory updates, and issue escalationAnalyze data to identify growth opportunitiesPrepare regular performance and KPI reportsQualifications:Experience in e-commerce operations or related rolesFluent in Mandarin (spoken & written)Strong analytical and Excel skillsKnowledge of online marketplace tools & featuresDetail-oriented, organized, and able to work independentlyStrong communication and coordination skills
