Role Description This is an on-site contract role for a Butler at Wakatobi Resort & Pelagian Dive Yacht, located in Wakatobi, Indonesia. The Butler will provide attentive and tailored service to guests, ensuring a luxurious and unforgettable experience during their stay. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing guest preferences, assisting with dining and activity arrangements, maintaining an exceptional level of hospitality, and addressing any requests or concerns raised by guests. This role requires professionalism, adaptability, and a strong commitment to excellence in service. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate and fulfill guests' needs.Experience in hospitality, luxury service, or similar roles.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.Ability to work on-site in a remote location and adapt to cultural and environmental differences.Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Previous experience in working in a luxury resort or high-end hospitality environment is preferred.A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
