We manage an outstanding portfolio of trusted natural brands, many of which you’ll recognize from your own pantry.We are currently seeking an Assistant Client Manager to support the growth of our Client Management team. This role focuses on assisting with day-to-day client activities, pricing and promotions, and key administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client service. Assistants are responsible for supporting any Account/client pricing, deal, or promotional issues along with regular administrative duties. You will assist with Trade Show events scheduled annually. Although this position may have one direct report-to, there may be multiple dotted-line reporting requirements to those they are assisting.Primary Duties:Establishes relationship & manages day to day business with distributor networkUses customized software, to set up principles, enter orders, generate reports, update pricing and new items, create deal tables, etc. Processes debits and debit tracking using appropriate documentation Administrative tasks include but are not limited to completing promotional forms, new item presentation forms, credit applications, PowerPoint presentations, sell sheets, and contractsReviews and edits customer POS data; relevant to certain clients to analyze product and sales dataResponsible for building monthly shipment dashboards that are shared with each client in respective portfolioAssists national client managers with accounts that fall under their portfolio, including budget management and reconciliation Schedules and coordinates customer/brand events and sponsorships throughout the yearProcesses and ensures timely internal and external communication regarding priorities & promotionsTracks accounts/brands within local advertisementsComply with all policies and procedures These are representative duties and responsibilities which are not all encompassing and may change from time to time.Be an Indigo ambassador, who exemplifies our culture in all internal and external communications and interactions. Qualifications Education and ExperienceAt least 3 years of administration/marketing administration or similar/related experience is requiredTrade show experience would be beneficialPost-Secondary education in related field is an assetPrevious experience in data input and managing dataPrevious customer service experience is an assetKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities Action-orientedAttention to detail; an aptitude for numeric accuracy and data entry Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically ExcelExcellent interpersonal communication skills and an aptitude for customer serviceAbility to manage an extremely high level of detail and frequent changing prioritiesExceptional organizational skillsDriven to hit deadlinesAbility to manage multiple tasks from multiple peoplePhysical requirementsSit for extended period of timeTyping on a keyboard for extended period of timeMay from time-to-time ship/receive samples – carry up to 30 lbs.Travel RequirementsAvailable to work at Vancouver storage locker & in-office 2-3 days/week (hybrid)Limited business-related travel may be required from time to timeWhile we thank all applicants for their interest in Indigo Natural Products, only selected shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
