Role Description There are two job opportunities which full-time, on-site role based in Colombo for an Assistant Engineer specializing in Water Treatment, Waste Water Treatment or Swimming Pools. The individual will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment systems / swimming pool projects. Responsibilities include assisting in system designs, supervising installations, troubleshooting, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Assistant Engineer will collaborate with technical teams to deliver efficient and sustainable solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Civil or Environmental Engineering or related fieldTechnical knowledge of water treatment processes, wastewater treatment systems or swimming pool constructionProficiency in design, troubleshooting, and maintenance techniques specific to water treatment facilitiesExperience in project management, site supervision, and ensuring project compliance with safety and industry standardsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and technical documentation skillsEffective communication and collaboration skills for working with teams and clientsFamiliarity with water management standards and regulations in Sri LankaPrevious experience in similar roles or industries will be advantageous
