So, if you fit the profile and able to contribute towards our goals, join us!Get to know the role:The Finance Transformation Specialist will play a pivotal role in redesigning and optimizing finance processes (RTR, OTC, PTP, FP&A), ensuring clear communication across teams, and providing ongoing support for core finance systems.Key Responsibilities:Assist to reimagine and optimize end-to-end finance processes (RTR, OTC, PTP, FP&A) through as-is assessments, pain-point analysis, and future-state design.Collect, validate, and document business requirements; conduct gap analyses; translate needs into process maps, user stories, and SOPs.Drive alignment and communication across global and local Finance teams, IT, vendors, and project stakeholders.Manage the full project lifecycle: design, configuration oversight, SIT/UAT planning and execution, cutover and go-live readiness, hypercare, training, knowledge transfer, and support-model transition.Provide ongoing support for finance systems (e.g., ERP, ticketing systems, financial close platforms), triage incidents, and resolve interface/data issues with IT.Design and deploy business solutions using low-code/no-code tools (Power BI, UiPath, Power Automate); ensure proper governance, security, and documentation.Establish and monitor KPIs/SLAs for process and system performance; build dashboards and drive continuous service improvements.Lead change management activities, including stakeholder communications, training content, and adoption tracking.Ensure adherence to internal controls and relevant compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, data privacy) in all solutions.You should have:Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related discipline.Proven experience in business analysis, project management, and change management.Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, accounting software, and reconciliation tools.Strong understanding of finance processes, financial controls, and digital finance solutions.Possess a digital mindset with experience in automation and generative AI platforms.Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
