Position : Assistant/Deputy Manager- Sales & Marketing – Cosmetics & Perfumery Glass Industry Location - Abu Dhabi/ North Africa/South AfricaDepartment: Sales & marketingExp: 5-7 years of experience in sales of cosmetic/perfumery glass, luxury packagingQualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Packaging Technology Job Description:Identify and approach new customers in the beauty, fragrance, and personal care sectors. Build strong relationships with key accounts, packaging developers, and purchasing teams. Present the company’s product portfolio — including standard ranges and custom-designed glass packaging. Generate quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and manage the complete sales cycle through to order closure. Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving design preferences in the beauty segment. Maintain an updated customer database and pipeline in CRM. Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of customer projects. Support marketing and product development teams with feedback from the market. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales volume, revenue, and margin targets. Prepare sales forecasts and periodic market reports for management review.
