Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager based in Dubai, with the flexibility to work from home part-time. The Social Media Manager will oversee social media marketing efforts, develop content strategies, and optimize performance across platforms. The role involves creating and scheduling engaging content, analyzing metrics to improve outcomes, and managing communication across social channels. This position is key to enhancing the digital presence of our clients and ensuring alignment with their branding goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)Strong skills in Content Strategy and WritingExcellent Communication skills to engage with diverse audiencesAbility to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies accordinglyExperience with digital tools and platforms relevant to social media managementTeam collaboration and organizational skillsPrior experience managing hybrid work environments is a plusDegree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
