Our main focus is on developing executable business strategies that align with our mission of serving the community.Get to Know the RoleYou will own GrabKios growth end to end—shape strategy, translate ideas into roadmaps, and deliver results; be hands‑on with data queries/analysis, solution design and execution, and cross‑functional alignment. You will report to S&P GrabExpress and GrabKios Manager and will be based onsite in Grab Jakarta office.The Critical Tasks You Will PerformOwn channel strategy for Jabo Territory GrabKios—set direction, portfolio mix, and growth across B2C, B2M, Dax Attribute, and Corporate Utilities.Turn data into decisions—query and analyze data, size opportunities, and prioritize initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.Lead the experimentation program—craft hypotheses, design and run A/B tests, and scale up validated variants.Collaborate with Vertical, Operations, and Marketing to accelerate product/feature launches, ensure readiness, and drive adoption.QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will NeedMinimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, data analytics.
