RAN Solution Manager

Key Responsibility:Requirement analysis, technical solution development, technical guidance, and communication for operators' wireless networksTakes the lead in in in-service operations, manages opportunities, and drives resources to promote order acquisition.Takes charge of project bidding, including pre-bidding guidance, bidding configuration output, technical exchanges, project clarification, and negotiation.Establishes and maintains good customer relationships with technical line customers.Takes the lead in, promotes, and implements other special tasks assigned by the CMO.Requirements:With rich 2G/3G/4G/5G wireless network knowledge, familiar with ZTE wireless solutions and product caliber, capable of taking the lead and organizing solutions independently.Have strong planning, organization, and promotion capabilities, be able to effectively organize and use resources, and achieve project objectives as planned.Good communication ability, executive force strong, good teamwork spiritGood English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. English can be used as the working language.Be pragmatic, dedicated, and resistant to pressure, and willing to assume more responsibilities and pressure.
