We value our team’s contributions and ensure that our staff are competitively rewarded and supported.Join us, where we place the value of every staff member and the care of every patient at the centre of all we do.Assistant Manager (HR Business Partner, Nursing), 2-Year Contract RoleReporting to the Assistant Director, you will partner and work closely with the Nursing HODs and line managers of assigned departments to provide HR guidance, support and service delivery in the following key areas: Manpower Planning and ReportingWork closely with Nursing HODs in the projection of manpower estab, review manpower inventory and partner with Talent Acquisition team on the hiringPrepare manpower reports such as hiring report, attrition report, absence and leave report HR OperationsProvide advice on HR policies and implement management practices that align with policies and comply to regulationsRegularly review and improve on workflow processes & proceduresManage all HR operational matters (e.g. contract renewal, re-employment contract management, confirmation, staff transfers, promotions, upgrading, billing and payment of manpower cost for seconded nurses and off-boarding) with support from Shared Services teamManage general enquiries on HR mattersCompensation & BenefitsPartner with Performance & Reward team to coordinate the promotion and annual appraisal exercisesWork closely with Nursing HODs and line managers to review promotion recommendationsAddress staff queries on compensation matters with support from Performance & Reward teamTalent Management, Succession Planning & Employee DevelopmentPartner with Talent Management team and Nursing HODs in the annual talent identification and succession planning exercise and work together on development opportunities for identified talents and potential successorsEmployee Relations and EngagementProvide support to Nursing HODs and line managers in conducting investigation into workplace misconduct, non-compliance with policies/guidelines and follow through on the action plans meted out after conclusion of investigationProvide advice to Nursing HODs and line managers on staff disciplinary and grievance handling including secretariat support for the investigationOther Projects / AssignmentsSupport Reporting Officer in executing process/data analysis initiatives and propose solutions to improve process efficiency and effectivenessAny other HR projects when assigned Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university. Post-graduate diploma in human resource management or IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP) preferredMinimum 4 years of HR generalist experience with good understanding of various day-to-day HR operations, Employment Act and HR related legislationsHealthcare experience is an added advantageProficient in MS Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word)Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence othersAble to multi-task and work independently in a fast-changing environmentExperience in the healthcare sector and familiar with SuccessFactors HRIS will be an added advantage
