Known for its warm hospitality, the hotel caters to both leisure and business travelers, thanks to its proximity to the city’s bustling attractions and main business districts.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located at our Singapore property. As an HR Intern, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department, which include supporting HR processes, maintaining accurate records, coordinating employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will also have the opportunity to work on projects related to Learning & Development management and contribute to improving internal processes.QualificationsKnowledge of Human Resources principles, including HR Management practices and HR Policies.Understanding of Employee Benefits and experience in Personnel Management.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage HR processes and records effectively.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate teamwork, and manage confidential information with discretion.Pursuing or holding a diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proficiency in MS Office tools, Canva and communication skills; prior internship experience in HR would be an advantage.
