As a HR Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce in Singapore—partnering with leaders, driving strategic HR initiatives, and delivering operational excellence.As a key member of their HR team, the HRBP will play a strategic role in shaping and executing HR initiatives that support their organizational goals. The client is embarking on an exciting HR optimisation framework with transformative projects in the pipeline. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving complex people challenges, and bring a strong HR operations/project background, this is your moment.This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with at least 10 years of HR Generalist experience, ideally in a multinational matrix environment. Strong HR Operations/projects experience is preferred. Advanced Excel skills are a must; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
