Job Description

Sales Operations Function:- Sales Support· Educates / trains sales staff on new / revised policies and procedures within each region.·Reviews and ensures each sale document is in compliance with Eagle Hills’s sales policies and processes.·Prepares sales performance report / collection report and submits it to line manager. ·Conducts weekly conference call with regional teams to discuss operational issues / required enhancement to Sales App/ system for further escalation to Line Manager. SPA Registration · Ensure SPAs registered in authorities system / portal timely, inline with Eagle Hills policies Events / Sales Launches:· Provides operational support during events and launches.· Manage and control inventory during events and launches.·Ensures reconciliation of inventory is done after each event, and report submitted to management.Agent Management:· manage / verify new agency applications for both local and international agents who applied for registration with Eagle Hills.·Verifies Client Introduction Letters (CIL) and invoices received from registered local/international agents against each sales.·Updates the Agents’ commissions file with ‘closed’ status after all claims are processed and forwards it to the Finance Department.·Manages Eagle Hills’s Agents Commission invoices submitted throught Eagle Hills Agent portal.·Interacts with Registered Agent on any concerns regarding staff commission.·Prepares any other ad hoc report requested on commissions.·Approves / rejects new agency applications for both local and international Agents who applied for registration with Eagle Hills.Staff Commission Structure: · Review Eagle Hills commission structure memorandums for Staff & Agents for each region, to be approved by senior management.·Ensures computation and processing of staff and agents commission is in the line with Eagle Hills policies and process.Reports:· prepare Launch / Traffic performance report· Prepare weekly / monthly sales performance report to senior management by each region.B- Post Sales Function:- Related to Sales Department Such as Upgrade, Downgrade, Price Adjustment, Customer incentive…..............etc.· Escalates any sensitive or complex customer service-related issues to the line manager to ensure that the company can take appropriate measures to remedy the situation and/or provide appropriate solutions for each region.·Ensures that inter-departments like Projects, Legal, IT, Development and Finance are well informed about customer-related issues that may need their specific input and as such may take appropriate measures or provide appropriate information and solutions.·Verifies the documents relevant to the transaction for individuals and corporate customers.·Maintains transactional reports related to each area of responsibility and submits to the Line Manager on request basis.·Handles escalated issues as and when required.·Ensures accurate customer history in CRM system in accordance with approved SLAs whenever required.·Addresses internal issues, if any, with other departments, which have impact on customer service and satisfaction levels and resolves them.·Tracks and monitors status of pending cases on a daily basis.·Identifies product and system training requirements for each regional team and prepares the necessary training manuals.·Conducts weekly conference calls with regional teams to discuss any operational obstacles for further escalation to Line Manager. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent Preferred Experience: * Minimum 7 to 10 years’ experience in customer oriented / operations field preferable in real estate industryJob-Specific Skills: * Good English language skills are required. * Verbal and written communication skills. * Proven ability in the management and support services. * Problem solving skills & planning ability. * Strong customer focus. * Ability to manage change and improve continually. * Ability to integrate well with teams & work towards achieving team results. * Ability to utilize available resources effectively. * Working knowledge of customer relationship management software, business intelligence tools. * Proficient in use of various Microsoft Office/ PC applications.
