Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Understand and analyze client requirements for IT roles (developers, system engineers, data analysts, etc.)Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networkingScreen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical and soft skillsCoordinate technical interviews with hiring teams and gather feedbackManage end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboardingBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring IT rolesProvide regular updates to clients or hiring managers regarding recruitment progressStay updated on current trends and technologies in the IT industryRequirements:Proven experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency)Strong understanding of various IT rolesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliar with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver under pressurePreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field2–5 years of IT recruitment experienceStrong network of IT professionals (local and/or international)
