Job Description

What You’ll Do:Business partneringResponsible for the leading the annual budgeting and forecasting exercises,including preparation of materials for presentation to senior managementWork with business on cost-plus model budget, assess financial data to identifyareas of opportunities for operational efficiencyPrepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, includingvariance analysis, and monitor key performance indicatorsSupport business on business case development, reviewing cost structures,financial planning for bid and tender proposalsProviding support on finance matters and accounting advice to the businessusersCollaborate with the leadership and stakeholders to identify improvementopportunitiesProvide support to conceptualise and operationalise plans and processesAccounting & ReportingMaintain the accounting books for entities and ensure accuracy and compliancewith financial reporting standardsPerform revenue and cost tracking for projects, ensuring accurate forecastingand alignment with budget targets.Facilitate accurate GL coding and cost center assignments for billing andprocurement activitiesReview GST workings and submissionsLiaise with internal and external auditors on all engagements and coordinationInitiate half-yearly stocktake exercises, perform inventory reconciliations andwork with warehouse staff to identify and resolve discrepanciesAssist in performing credit assessment reviews for new customersPerform true-up exercises for intercompany digital fees chargeable, includingsimulations and variance analysisWhat You’ll Need:Degree in Accountancy/Business from a reputable UniversityPreferably 3-5 years of related work experience in the Big Four audit firms, with aproven track record in budgeting and forecastingExperience in supporting business case development, cost analysis, and financialplanning for projects or tender submissionsAdaptability and a growth mindset, with the ability to rotate across varying job scopesand rolesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aproactive, hands-on approach to tackling challengesTeam-oriented with strong sense of initiative, to contribute meaningfully as part of ahigh-performing teamSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPointWhat We’ll Provide:Immerse in a positive work environment that promotes/fosters teamwork and collaborationYou will receive attractive remuneration for good performance.You will work in teams that thrive on collaboration for outstanding achievements
