Join RiDiK and be part of an innovative, fast-growing team shaping the future of technology across industries.ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering & Documentation Collect, analyse, and document User Requirements Specifications (URS).Work closely with business stakeholders to clarify functional needs and translate them into clear documentation.Support preparation of BRD/FSD or functional change requests when required.User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing activities.Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and expected results.Track UAT progress, log defects, and follow up with IT and business teams for resolution.Participate in defect triage meetings and ensure timely closure of issues.User Enablement & Support Prepare user guides, training materials, and release notes.Conduct user training sessions and support users through the testing and onboarding process.Provide implementation and post-implementation support, including issue investigation and coordination with technical teams.Project Coordination Assist the BA Project Manager with administrative tasks, such as:Project tracking and reportingURS/Change request progress updatesUAT timelines and defect status trackingSupport overall project delivery life cycle across requirements, testing, and production rollout. Qualifications1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, UAT Tester, QA Analyst, or similar role.Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and UAT execution.Prior exposure to banking or financial services projects is strongly preferred.Basic understanding of banking operations, payments, treasury, digital banking, or related domains is a plus.Experience using JIRA, Confluence, Excel, or other testing/project tools.Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to work with both business and IT teams.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight timelines.Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency will be an added advantage due to stakeholder communication needs.
