(a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.Role SummaryThe Onboarding Specialist – Periodic Review role is responsible for conducting advanced reviews of existing customers, ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements. This role focuses on second-level escalations, risk assessment, documentation review, and decision-making for periodic KYC/AML reviews within the Meta Compliance (Meta Comp) framework.The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in compliance or risk operations, and the ability to interpret complex documentation and regulatory obligations.The Onboarding Operations team - Family Office, you will focus on managing the end-to-end onboarding process for Family Office clients, ensuring a smooth and compliant account opening experience. You will work closely with Relationship Managers, Compliance, and Product teams to deliver a seamless client journey — from initial due diligence to account activation.This role requires a strong understanding of KYC/CDD requirements for complex structures, including trusts, investment vehicles, and multi-layered beneficial ownership arrangements. You will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance while supporting premium client experience tailored to the needs of sophisticated Family Office clients.Key ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesPeriodic Review OperationsPerform Level 2 (L2) periodic reviews for existing users/businesses flagged through scheduled cycles, risk triggers, or automated workflows.Validate identification documents, ownership structures, business profiles, financial activity, and risk indicators.Assess risk levels and make decisions in line with AML/KYC policies and Meta Compliance standards.Escalate high-risk cases to Level 3 or Compliance teams with well-documented rationale.Quality & Risk ManagementConduct deep-dive investigations on cases escalated from L1 analysts.Identify gaps or inconsistencies in customer information, documentation, or behavior.Apply enhanced due diligence (EDD) procedures where necessary.Ensure decisions meet internal SLAs, regulatory frameworks, and audit expectations.Process & Policy AlignmentInterpret regulatory requirements (e.g., AML, CFT, KYC, sanctions) and apply them in daily casework.Provide feedback on policy gaps, process inefficiencies, and tooling issues.Partner with Compliance, Product, Legal, and Operations to refine review procedures.Stakeholder CollaborationSupport cross-functional teams with detailed case insights or data analysis.Mentor or guide L1 teams on quality and escalation standards.Participate in calibration sessions to maintain consistent decision-making across teams.Documentation & ReportingMaintain accurate, audit-ready case notes and decision trails.Produce periodic reports on review trends, risk patterns, or operational bottlenecks.Assist in internal or external audit preparation activities.Family Office Clients OnboardingManage end-to-end onboarding for Family Office clients, including documentation review, data entry, due diligence checks, and account setup.Conduct KYC/CDD assessments on complex ownership structures, trusts, foundations, and multi-entity arrangements.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Compliance, or related field.2–4+ years of experience in KYC/AML operations, onboarding, or periodic review functions.Working knowledge of AML/CFT regulations (e.g., FATF guidelines, regional regulatory frameworks).Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.Preferred Qualifications for Onboarding Specialist - Periodic ReviewExperience working in tech, fintech, payments, or social-media compliance operations (Meta-like scale preferred).Certification(s): CAMS, CFE, ICA, or equivalent.Experience handling high-risk customer reviews (PEPs, sanctions, adverse media).Familiarity with risk scoring models, compliance tooling, or case management systems.Preferred Qualifications for Onboarding Specialist - Family OfficePrior experience in Family Office onboarding or Private Wealth / Institutional client KYC.Working knowledge of Trust and Fund structures, and familiarity with cross-border onboarding (e.g., Hong Kong, Singapore, BVI, Cayman).Experience with tools such as World-Check, Refinitiv, or LexisNexis for screening and due diligence.Strong understanding of source of wealth/funds analysis and enhanced due diligence (EDD) processes.Process-oriented mindset with an interest in automation, workflow efficiency, and regulatory technology (RegTech) solutions.What We OfferCompetitive compensation and performance-based incentivesComprehensive health and wellness benefitsOpportunities for professional development and certification supportA collaborative work environment with global exposureClear growth pathways within Compliance OperationsFlexible work arrangements where applicableWe are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where every individual feels respected, valued, and empowered to contribute.
