It is one of the most exciting times to join the Subway team and contribute to transformational journey.About the Role:We are looking to recruit for a contract position to cover the Maternity of the Assistant Marketing Manager. This position is based in our Cologne office in Germany. The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for assisting the Sr. Marketing Manager with developing marketing calendars and the day-to-day assistant concerning execution of these innovative and strategic programs to increase sales and build brand equity for the Subway Brand. This will be accomplished through implementation of national advertising, product development pipelines, consumer insights data and measured on KPIs. The Marketing Manager will partner with key stakeholders in the franchisee community, advertising agencies, IPC and the SMO and Ops Teams.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Campaign execution: Execute EMEA campaigns for DACH including POP material, technical setups, FZE comms and more. Assist with other markets as requested.Value: Support marketing leadership team in managing the objective of traffic by developing and implementing value offers on different channels.Manage, track progress of and communicate cross-functionally.Assist with marketing projects as required ort lead own mkt projectsSkills and Abilities Required:Bachelor degree in marketing or business2 to 6 years experience in foodservice, retail, franchisee experience, preferably with agency or corporate brand marketing/field marketing teams in Germany.Stay calm under pressure and like dynamic environmentSelf-motivated, eloquent, and dedicated to the brandAdaptable & flexible team playerStrong influencing skills and ability to think strategicallyPassionate & strong knowledge of the food industry and retailer landscapeExcellent organizational & communication skillsSkills using Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPointEnglish is a must; French and/or German is a plusWhat do we Offer?Insurance Plans (Medical/Life)PensionCompetitive BonusMobility AllowanceTuition ReimbursementCompany HolidaysVolunteering timeAnd Many More…
