1. Job Title: Assistant to the Director of Supply Chain Division2. Work Location & ScheduleTân Sơn Hòa Ward, Ho Chi Minh CityMonday - Friday and Saturday morning 3. Job ResponsibilitiesConsolidate, analyze, and monitor the execution progress of operational plans across departments within the Supply Chain Division.Support the Division Director with administrative tasks, document preparation, meeting minutes, and scheduling internal and executive meetings.Draft, review, and follow up on the implementation of announcements, procedures, and policies within the Division.Organize, maintain, and periodically update internal documents, data, and records of the Division.Act as a focal point to coordinate communication and collaboration between Division departments and other units (Sales, Finance, Accounting, Technology, etc.).Monitor and support progress reporting for improvement, digitalization, ERP, or new process implementation projects within the Division.Coordinate with HR in training plans, competency assessment, and capability development for Division personnel.Perform other tasks as assigned directly by the Division Director.4. EducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.6. ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience as an executive assistant, project coordinator, or supply chain data analyst.Prefer candidates with experience in B2B or imported raw material distribution.7. LanguageEnglish: Required: proficiency in all four skills8.
