Job Description

Job Scope• Among the back office tasks, the role mainly focuses on product ordering and logistics related operations(including transportation arrangements, delivery schedule management, product registration, etc.).• Translate written documents, correspondence, contracts, and reports between Vietn.ame.se and Ja.pa.n.ese with a high degree of accuracy and diligence. (For candidates who have Japanese language)• Provide translation for official company communications, contracts and other documents as required.• Assist in interpreting for internal and external meetings, conferences, presentations, and negotiations.• Manage the management's schedules, travel arrangements and other as required.• Manage emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication, ensuring timely and accurate responses.• Daily administrative work such as phone answering and attending to guests.• Draft, proofread, and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings, conferences, and internal use.• Maintain filing systems for both electronic and physical documents, ensuring proper archiving and easy retrieval of information.• Provide general administrative support to the superior and office manager, including managing correspondence, preparing reports, and assisting with daily tasks.• Handle Staff claims.• Collaborate with team mate to take care daily operation for administrative, office upkeeping, accounting, and product ordering and logistics-related matters (including transportation arrangements, deliveryschedule management, product registration, etc.).• And Other Ad hoc duties when required by the superiorKey requirements• Bachelor’s Degree• Proven logistics (shipping) and office administration experience• Strong translation and interpretation skills in Japanese and English• Experience in logistics, including domestic and overseas import/export
