It fosters a collaborative culture that values safety, continuous improvement, innovation, professional growth, and cross-cultural teamwork.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities Office & Team SupportOversee daily office operations.Provide administrative support to project managers and team members.Record, prepare, and distribute meeting minutes and action items.Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems.Coordinate scheduling for sourcing, drafting, and project teams.Translate between English and Vietnamese for internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.Facilitate smooth communication between international teams.Financial and Project AdministrationProcess invoicing, purchase orders, and payments for project activities.Support supplier due diligence and quality assurance administration.Maintain accurate records for shipping, compliance, and financial documentation.Supply Chain & Logistics CoordinationLiaise with freight forwarders and logistics specialists to ensure timely product shipments across Asia.Manage shipping documentation, customs paperwork, and compliance requirements.Project CoordinationMaintain and update project plans in project management tools .Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.Provide regular progress and status updates to management and stakeholders.The Successful ApplicantExperience QualificationsStrong communication skills in English and Vietnamese (written and verbal).Proven experience in office administration, operations, or project coordination.Experience in procurement, invoicing, and financial administration.Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Airtable, Excel).Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.Ability to work in a cross-cultural or international business environment.Desirable:Experience in construction, manufacturing, or product development.Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, and supplier compliance processes.What's on OfferIf you are a proactive, organized, and collaborative professional eager to contribute to innovative projects and support high-performing teams, we invite you to apply and join in shaping the future of product development.Contact: Mitchell GoddardQuote job ref: JN-112025-6882912
