We promise to walk alongside healthcare professionals to continue to make great contribution to society, now and into the future.Summary of the RoleTo provide complete administrative support to the General Director of Terumo Vietnam (commercial company) and manage the office of the General Director with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency. The role demands high confidentiality, strong work ethics, maturity in problem-solving, and adaptability in a dynamic business environment.Key Functions / Responsibilities1. Executive Support & Office Management (40%)Manage calendar, schedule, and daily meeting arrangementsOrganize business travel and logisticsEnsure executive effectiveness through proactive planning and managing priorityHandle documentation, approvals, and filing systemsSupport internal/external events (luncheons, dinners, business entertainments)2. Communication & Liaison (25%)Independently manage communication with internal teams, regional stakeholders, industry associations, business partners, distributors, and government officialsCoordinate external liaison activities and maintain professional relationshipsArrange logistics and agenda for VIPs events and maintain corporate contracts with hotel partners3. Strategic & Analytical Support (20%)Conduct research, prepare reports, data analyses, and proposalsPresent data and content in a clear, succinct, and well-written formatSupport the Executive in tracking execution plans and ensuring goal alignment4. Ad Hoc Projects & Other Responsibilities (15%)Undertake any other duties or special projects as assigned by the ExecutiveFunctional / Technical Skills Native Vietnamese speaker with strong English communication skills (written and spoken)High level of confidentiality and professional ethicsMaturity in handling sensitive matters and solving problems independentlyAdaptability to changing priorities and environmentsStrong time management and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, AI skillsTeam player with a “can-do” attitude and ability to perform under pressureEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Economics/ Business Administration/ Communication or relevant majors4 – 5 years of experience supporting Executives, Board of Directors, or Commercial/Business DirectorsExperienced in managing complex stakeholders and distributorsNote to External Recruitment Agencies:Terumo does not recognize candidate submissions from any recruitment agencies and will not be responsible for payment of any recruitment fees due to the hiring of candidates whose resumes were submitted to Terumo employees or offices without the recruiting team's acknowledgement.
