🌟 We’re Hiring: Assistant to the CEO / Personal Assistant📍 Location: UAE | Type: Full-timeA leading technology and business media & events platform in the UAE is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Assistant to the CEO / Personal Assistant.This is a dynamic role at the center of our operations — supporting our CEO and working closely with multiple departments to ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives.🔹 Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for the CEO, managing calendars, meetings, and VIP correspondence.Coordinate travel plans, bookings, and itineraries for the CEO.Collaborate with the Admin and Events teams to ensure high-quality execution of projects and events.Prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and other key documents — both locally and during international trips.Assist in the planning and execution of the annual summit and other corporate events alongside the Event Coordinator.Support HR functions, including maintaining staff records, managing recruitment, and tracking annual leave.Oversee operational renewals (trade licenses, leases, parking, etc.) in coordination with procurement.Monitor and coordinate general company operations across departments.Be prepared for occasional business travel.🔹 Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in administration or executive support (corporate/office environment).Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent organizational and communication skills.Fluent in English (written & spoken); knowledge of Polish or Ukrainian is an advantage.Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and discretion in handling confidential matters.💼 Package:AED 9,000 – 11,000 (depending on experience)
