Assistant Warehouse Manager

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager, Warehouse to support our Supply Chain team and help lead daily warehouse operations with efficiency, precision, and safety at the forefront.🚀 What You’ll DoAs the Assistant Manager, Warehouse, you will partner closely with the SCM Manager to oversee and optimize warehouse operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products are received, stored, and distributed accurately and efficiently.🔹 Operational LeadershipSupport planning and execution of daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, distribution)Ensure optimal use of warehouse space, systems, and equipmentOversee order processing, shipping, and receiving activities🔹 Inventory ManagementMonitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracyCoordinate with procurement to maintain appropriate stock levelsImplement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize loss🔹 Team SupervisionSupervise, train, and assign daily tasks to warehouse staffMonitor performance and promote accountabilityFoster a positive, productive, and safety-focused team environment🔹 Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with all health and safety regulationsConduct safety inspections and training sessionsMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse🔹 Reporting & DocumentationMaintain accurate warehouse records and documentationGenerate reports on inventory, order status, and operational metricsSupport budgeting and forecasting activities🎯 What We’re Looking ForQualifications:High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferredMinimum 2 years of warehouse operations experienceAt least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership roleExperience with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office SuiteKey Skills:Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesKnowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practicesDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and adapt to changing prioritiesTeam player with a positive, proactive attitudePhysical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbsComfortable working at heights up to 20 feetFrequent standing, walking, and use of digital systemsValid driver’s license (local travel required)🌟 Why Join Us?Be part of a collaborative and supportive supply chain teamPlay a key role in operational success and continuous improvementGrow your leadership skills in a dynamic environmentMake a measurable impact on efficiency, safety, and performance
