Our ideal candidate is analytical and methodical, with experience in payroll administration and deep knowledge of payroll regulations. We also value integrity, team spirit and strong organizational skills. Your goal will be to ensure our payroll procedures are compliant, efficient and current.Job Location: BangaloreResponsibilitiesResponsible for all Payroll related operations with accuracy in monthly Payroll activitiesEnsuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.Coordinate with the payroll vendor for Salary and flexi pay process and reportsCollating all inputs that includes New Joiners, attendance, Bonuses, One Time payments, revision, recoveries, etc that is required for monthly payroll and FnFVerification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll data through the inhouse Payroll representativeEnsuring the statutory dues like TDS, PF, PT, ESI, etc are remitted on timeUpdating every salary change in the internal CTC master trackers along with effective datesKeeping track of future payouts and validating the payments during accruals of the amountsSkillsA keen eye for detailAn analytical mind and good math skillsOutstanding communication skills (written and oral)Organizational and leadership skillsExperience and QualificationsAny graduate degree.2 to 4 yrs of relevant experience in Payroll and Compliance & related roles catering to India and other countriesProven experience as a payroll specialist or similar role (especially in a Payroll agency)Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related lawsExcellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxesFamiliarity with payroll software/ HRIS/ Agencies (e.g. DarwinBox, Excelity, Allsec, Ascent) and MS Office (especially Excel)Equal OpportunityZeta is an equal opportunity employer.
