We are currently seeking an experienced Junior Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a proven track record in recruiting for Full-time positions.Key Responsibilities:Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for Full time roles (both IT & Non IT) using various sourcing platforms (Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and other sourcing tools to find the right candidates. Thoroughly vet candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and verifying documents. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of consultants and consistently meet submission goals. Maintain relationships with candidates and vendors for ongoing requirements. Collaborate with account managers to understand job requirements, deliverables, and client expectations. Manage multiple roles simultaneously and perform under tight deadlines. Key Requirements:Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Junior Recruiter. Strong experience working on Full time positions and understanding of US work visas (H1B, GC, USC, etc.). Proficient in using job boards, Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal ATS systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, hiring techniques, and the non-IT industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and build networks. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media channels used for sourcing candidates. Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities to connect with Non-IT professionals and clients.
