Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesCall inbound and outbound leads to understand their business details.Qualify leads based on criteria like business type, turnover, GST, etc.Use a lead scoring sheet provided by the sales team.Update lead status and notes in CRM or Google Sheets.Tag leads as hot, disqualified, or nurture based on outcomes.Schedule product demos or RM calls for qualified leads.Coordinate closely with the Sales/BD team for smooth handovers.Follow up with unresponsive leads via email or WhatsApp.Give a high-level pitch of products like current accounts, credit lines, payouts, etc.Answer basic queries using a pre-approved FAQ guide.Share daily/weekly reports on - Calls made, Leads qualified, Leads handed over, Drop-off reasons. Skills and Qualifications0–1 year of experience in sales, inside sales, BPO, or customer supportInternship experience in BFSI/startups is a bonusBasic knowledge of CRM tools and Google SheetsGood communication skills (spoken and written)Ability to follow standard processes and keep things organizedSelf-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environmentPlease Note - We are looking for freshers / 1 year of experience in pre sales and calling.
