Beyond serving consumers, we are pioneers in developing advanced management systems tailored for pharmacies and hospitals, solutions that streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance patient care, redefining the way healthcare is accessed and experienced.Job PurposeAs an Associate Pre-Sales Engineer, you will serve as the technical bridge between our Business Development team and customers. You will translate complex product capabilities into tangible business value, conduct compelling product demonstrations, and train client staff on the solutions. You will accelerate onboarding and ensure ongoing adoption, with your technical acumen, consultative approach, and proactive collaboration driving win rates, customer satisfaction, and long-term partner success.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Business Development to lead the technical aspects of onboarding customers onto our platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient adoption.Conduct product demonstrations and tailored presentations to stakeholders, clearly articulating value, features, and operational benefits. Conduct end-user training sessions to maximize system proficiency, drive user adoption, and minimize support requests post-implementation.Act as the first point of technical contact during the pre-sales and onboarding process.Gather client requirements, feedback, and technical concerns, and communicate effectively with internal teams for solutions.Support Business Development team with proposal preparations, product documentation, and presentation materials.Ensure onboarding milestones and SLAs are met, maintaining project plans, and stakeholder communications. Maintain knowledge of product updates and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.Build and sustain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities.Travel with sales team for onboardings and demonstrations. Qualifications & Skills HND, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.Willingness to travel within Sri Lanka to conduct training and demos.Please send your CV to careers@doc.lk
