With a robust distribution network boasting over 1000 touch points nationwide, the company has embraced modern retail practices by securing retail spaces in luxury malls, establishing exclusively branded stores for an unparalleled customer experience, and launching an E-commerce platform that attracts over 600,000 site visits per year.The Role:Supervise and manage HVAC project installations (VRF, Chiller, ducted split, etc).Coordinate with design, logistics, and service teams to ensure timely project delivery.Monitor site activities and ensure adherence to project schedules and safety standards.Conduct inspections, testing, and pre-commissioning of HVAC systems.Prepare site reports and communicate project updates to the management.Attend client meetings and resolve site-level technical issues.Ensure quality control in accordance with company and ISO 9001:2015 standards.The Person:BSc. / NDT / NDES / HNDE / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.1–3 years’ experience in HVAC project work (freshers may apply for Assistant Engineer role).Knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF, chilled water, ducted split types) preferred.Familiarity with project documentation, CAD drawings, and commissioning processes.Skills & Attributes:Strong technical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple sites/projects under deadlines.Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.Willingness to travel for project supervision across the country.Commitment to quality and safety standards.Note : We kindly request that only genuinely interested candidates apply for this position.
