Work Study Executive

We are Hiring - Work Study ExecutiveResponsibilities:• Conduct time and motion studies for each garment style to establish accurate SMV(Standard Minute Value).• Identify bottlenecks in production lines and recommend layout or method changes.• Observe operator performance and calculate line efficiency and operator efficiencydaily.• Monitor and reduce non-productive time, rework, and idle operations.• Validate CMT (Cut, Make, Trim) rates using SMV-based costing.• Analyze fabric and trim wastage at each process step and propose reduction methods.• Conduct method improvement studies for new styles before bulk production.• Submit daily & weekly efficiency reports to the central Work Study Head.Qualifications:• Diploma or Degree in Garment Technology / IE (Industrial Engineering).• Minimum 2 years’ experience in apparel work study.• Knowledge of time study software (GSD, IE Timer, or manual stopwatch method).• Strong Excel and analytical skills.Ready to take your career to new heights?We're InTalent Asia, your go-to recruitment partner in Sri Lanka, and we've got an exciting opportunity for you!
