Drive the execution of product strategy, by coaching/leading product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and go-to-market strategyDriving innovation by solving high-value client problems. Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plansObsessing over client issues. Know our clients better than they know themselves. Translate user problems into detailed requirements for UX exploration and product development by engineering teamsTeam collaboration. Learn from, and coach your cross-functional team members, while steering squad alignment towards corporate objectives.Relentless prioritization. Keen ability to manage time effectively and understand where effort should be spent. Methodically prioritize (and reprioritize) features, and set success metrics to measure the impactfulness of your releases.End-to-end workflow execution. Own every step of the product lifecycle process from discovery and research, to development, launch and post-launch analysis.Required SkillsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor’s degree requiredExperience in a product management and Data Analysis role.(experience in Capital Markets is considered an asset)A demonstrated ability to work as a cross functional team member and experience working closely with UX, engineering and client facing teamsThe ability to drive impact by identifying opportunities and aligning team membersExperience bringing products to market and collaborating to build out go-to-market strategiesA solid understanding of data management with a proven track record of using data to drive product strategy and guide decision makingExposure leading client interviews/outreach efforts and a honed ability to synthesize and present insights and recommendationsStrong communication skills and the ability to articulate corporate strategy into product requirementsThe ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersProficient at managing stakeholders and stakeholder expectationsA positive, optimistic attitude and the ability to multitask effectivelyYou use all the resources available to you to grow fast and learn through iterationPassionate about delivering quality productWhat's In It For YouAt FactSet, our people are our greatest asset, and our culture is our biggest competitive advantage.
