My client, a leading Dublin-based law firm with an internationally recognised Aviation Finance practice, is seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex, high-value cross-border transactions for some of the world’s largest airlines, lessors, and financiers.About the Role: The Aviation Finance team advises across the full spectrum of transactional work, including aircraft acquisitions, leasing, and financing arrangements. Associates in the team play a key role in:Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to aircraft sales, purchases, leases, and financing.Coordinating multi-jurisdictional transactions, often working with international counsel and meeting tight deadlines.Building and maintaining client relationships, assisting with business development, and supporting partner-led initiatives.Managing multiple priorities and ensuring high-quality delivery on all matters.What We’re Looking For:Qualified solicitor in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction.NQ to 5 years’ PQE in finance law, ideally with exposure to aviation transactions.Strong academic background and excellent drafting, analytical, and research skills.Ability to exercise sound judgement, manage a busy workload, and work under pressure.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen interest in staying up to date with industry developments.What My Client Offers:Competitive salary and bonus structureHybrid working options in DublinPension, health insurance, life assurance, and income protectionA collaborative and supportive work environment with opportunities to work on high-profile international dealsHow to Apply: For a confidential discussion apply directly or contact caitriona@amicus.ie
