Associate Support Engineer – Azure Data Factory & Databricks

Job DescriptionAs an Azure Data Factory and Databricks Support Engineer at Publicis Sapient, you will play a critical role in maintaining the stability and performance of Azure-based data solutions. You will be responsible for monitoring data pipelines, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of cloud data infrastructure. This role involves close collaboration with clients, developers, and cross-functional teams, requiring both strong technical skills and clear communication.QualificationsYour Skills and Experience2-4 years of experience in production or application support roles with a strong focus on Azure-based environments.Solid hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), including pipeline monitoring, error handling, and performance tuning.Experience working with Azure Databricks for data engineering, notebook troubleshooting, and cluster management.Proficiency in Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights for system observability and troubleshooting.Basic knowledge of Azure storage solutions such as Data Lake Storage (Gen2) and Blob Storage.Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, and understanding of ITIL processes.Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot distributed data systems, and understand dependencies across services.Comfortable working in a fast-paced support environment with shift flexibility and prioritization under pressure.Set Yourself Apart WithExperience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline visibility and deployment troubleshooting.Additional InformationThis position is full time and open for contractor modality in Colombia, Mexico and Costa Rica.
