Job Title / Role: QA Test LeadKey Skills: ML Models, API Testing, PythonExperience:6+ YearsLocation: San Jose, CRShift: General ShiftMode: Remote Role We at Coforge are seeking “QA Test Lead” with the following skill-set:Key Responsibilities:Lead QA activities across ML models, data pipelines, APIs, and UI components.Design and execute test strategies for ML workflows, including model validation, data quality checks, and outcome testing.Build and maintain Python-based automated test scripts.Develop and execute API automation using tools like Postman, PyTest, or similar frameworks.Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and product teams to ensure end-to-end quality.Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing as needed.Drive defect triage, RCA discussions, and ensure timely resolution.Provide QA status, metrics, and reporting to stakeholders.Experience testing DatabricksExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.ML model monitoring/validation experienceRequired Skills:Strong ML knowledge and hands-on experiencePython developmentAPI testing and some frontend exposure
