As an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers, learn the end-to-end tech hiring process, and make a real impact on candidate experience. If you’re proactive, people-oriented, and love a fast-moving environment, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesHelp source and engage candidates for roles like Software Engineering, DevOps, and QAPost jobs, manage inbound applications, and review CVs to spot strong matchesCoordinate interviews and keep candidates informed at every stepSupport employer branding: events, social presence, and outreachKeep our ATS (Workday) up to date and help with simple reports and pipeline trackingJoin job fairs, university events, and networking activities with the teamRequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or similar—or relevant experienceSome expirience in recruitment/HR or strong motivation to grow in Talent AcquisitionGenuine interest in technology and curiosity to understand a wide range of roles across engineering, product, and IT functions.Clear, friendly communication and strong people skillsSolid organization and time management in a dynamic settingAttention to detail with a proactive, can-do mindsetGood English (additional languages are a plus)Comfortable with Google Workspace; familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Workday) is a plus
