Job Description

What you'll do:We are looking for candidates for experienced HR Advisor who have solid HR generalist experience - mainly in recruitment, employee relations (sickness management, performance management) along with coaching and supporting line managers. The HR Advisor will also be involved in developing policies and procedures, as employee engagement, wellbeing, and organizational change.Key tasks:Recruitment and Onboarding: manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent and oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture. Employee Relations: provide coaching and support to line managers and employees on HR-related situations, ensuring questions/queries are addressed promptly and effectively. Talent Development: support managers & employees in their quest for success by identifying development opportunities and facilitating training programs. Performance Management: support the implementation of performance management systems that encourage continuous improvement and development. HR Policies and Procedures: ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and communicated effectively to all employees. Employee Engagement: lead employee engagement survey for the entity and implementation of actions defined after the survey. Compliance and Confidentiality: maintain a current working knowledge of developments in employment legislation. HR Projects and Strategy: deliver HR projects and the implementation of the overall people strategy. Your profileUniversity degree in HR or related field (or during studies)At least 3 years of experience in HR Advisor Solid experience in managing full-cycle recruitment processesExperience in manufacturing or engineering environment will be an assetGood knowledge of Polish Labour Law Fluent in EnglishEffective knowledge of MS OfficeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policiesStrong organizational and time management skillsHigh level of professionalism and integrityAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle unexpected challengesWhy HUBER+SUHNER Polatis?Our aim is to be the employer of choice and as such you can be assured of a market leading remuneration package that matches your skills and experience.
