Corporate Associate (3–6 PQE) – Offshore Law Firm, BermudaI've partnered with an elite offshore practice looking for a 3-6PQE transactional lawyer to join their Corporate practice. This is a standout opportunity to join a dynamic Bermuda-based team renowned for advising on complex cross-border corporate, finance & funds matters.About the TeamThe Corporate team is known for:Structuring, negotiating and executing sophisticated corporate and finance transactions - with a strong focus on insurance, reinsurance and asset management Advising on financing matters including leveraged, real estate, project, aviation and Islamic financeHandling public and private M&A, joint ventures, debt and equity deals, and regulatory/compliance mandatesGuiding clients through evolving regulatory challenges, including corporate tax and economic substance rules The team thrives on a collaborative, merit-based culture, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes.Recent matters include:Advising on large-scale corporate and finance transactions within the insurance and asset management sectorsStructuring and executing project finance transactions across real estate and infrastructureAssisting clients with cross-border M&A and regulatory matters in onshore and offshore jurisdictionsThe RoleAs an Associate, you will:Lead drafting, negotiation, and execution of transaction documents across corporate, funds and finance workCoordinate cross-jurisdictional teams, ensuring seamless delivery of multi-disciplinary adviceEngage closely with clients and contribute to business development effortsAbout You3–6 years’ PQE (qualified in Bermuda, England & Wales, Australia, Canada or New Zealand)Outstanding academic credentials and top-tier trainingDemonstrable experience in finance and corporate transactions - insurance industry exposure is highly valuedExceptional drafting, negotiation and client management skillsCommercially astute, collaborative, and motivated to thrive in a high-performing, team-oriented environment
