Corporate Associate and Senior Associate - BERMUDAMy client is a globally recognised and market leading law firm. It has offices in multiple off shore jurisdictions and is seeking to expand its corporate law team in sunny Bermuda!The work will involve high value, complex corporate transactions across private and public M&A, corporate structuring, advisory and joint venture work. Your client portfolio will include sponsors, public companies and private businesses across a range of sectors.You will have at least 3 years' PQE to be considered for an Associate role and 5 years's PQE to be considered for a Senior Associate role. You will be Commonwealth qualified, have a strong rationale behind making a move and benefit from excellent academics, private practice law firm training and post qualification experience in corporate work.
