You’ll build and integrate control systems, tune robot performance, test and validate installations, as well as ensure our solutions run smoothly in demanding operational environments. You’ll collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical and software engineers – from early concepts to deployment and continuous improvement as systems scale across customer sites.What we’re looking forPost-secondary education in Automation, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related engineering field (university degree or vocational/technical school)Minimum 5 years of professional experience in automation, mechatronics or similar engineering rolesProven experience designing, implementing and commissioning automation systems in real-world environmentsStrong PLC programming skills (Siemens TIA Portal preferred) and hands-on control system knowledgeExperience integrating sensors, actuators and mechatronic components into cohesive systemsProficiency in Python for automation, data communication, or system integrationFamiliarity with CAD and simulation tools to support mechanical and system designAbility to troubleshoot complex systems, optimize performance, and ensure reliable operation in productionA proactive problem-solving mentality with the ability to work independently and drive projects forwardYour mindsetYou’re pragmatic, curious and energized by solving real-world automation challenges.
