The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target CVS/MT/Cafe, Franchise/Hospital, hotel, school, catering clients and grow market share.Identify and approach potential customers including CVS/MT/Cafe, Franchise/Hospital, hotel, school, catering and foodservice distributors.Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.Conduct product presentations, tastings, and negotiations to close sales deals.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize offerings and pricing.Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain team to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.Proven experience (2–5 years) in sales within CVS/MT/Cafe, Franchise/Hospital, hotel, school, catering field.Key Requirement: Must have an existing database, key accounts, and client network in channels such as coffee chains, hotels, restaurants, catering services, banquets, and more (candidates will be required to verify the information provided).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Valid driver’s license (if travel is required).Salary: Negotiation (From 15.000.000 ~)Benefits:-Commission structure- Prepare laptop/ desktop, company’s car take employees when has business outside.- Support breakfast, lunch fee: 50.000VND/day.- Petrol/attendance allowance: 400.000VND/month- Support tuition for employees’ child & language tuition for employees.- December bonus, funeral & wedding, birthday, annual leave, paid the social insurance with full basic salary.- Coffee, tea, soft drinks bar in the office.
