Responsibilities1GBM EUI is the Global Business Marketing team supporting TikTok's commercial growth across Europe and Israel. Our mission is to champion TikTok in the B2B world, educating, inspiring, and empowering advertisers and agencies to achieve business results through the creativity and power of TikTok.We do this by connecting insights, creativity, and commercial strategy, bringing together industry narrative, campaigns, content, and education to help brands and agencies see what’s possible on TikTok.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to join the European Business Marketing Communications team. Reporting into the MarComms Lead, the Social Media Manager will own all TikTok for Business EU social media channels. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for building and owning the social media calendar, ideating and executing social content to support campaigns, driving top-notch channel growth and engagement, contributing to other digital marketing channels (email, web), and ultimately using social media marketing to grow the TikTok for Business brand across Europe. We are looking for someone who is highly strategic and creative, and who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in social media marketing for a recognisable brand, and demonstrated experience growing social channels at scale. Responsibilities- Grow TikTok for Business Europe's social media channels, ideating and creating content and campaigns, primarily for TikTok and LinkedIn, with scope to expand to others.- Autonomously build paid social campaigns, using a rigorous, data-driven, always-learning approach to optimise campaigns and hit targets.- Analyse and report on channel and content performance and ROI, adjusting strategy accordingly. - Be responsible for setting and hitting channel growth targets. - Work closely with regional marketing teams and cross-functional teams across Europe and globally to ensure social strategy is responsive and identify opportunities for collaboration. - Partner with external agencies and third parties to produce content and scale the impact of our social channels. - Be exceptionally creative and full of ideas on how to use social media to grow the TikTok brand and educate advertisers at scale.QualificationsMinimum qualifications:- Demonstrated experience managing and growing social channels at scale for an established brand. - Demonstrated experience building paid social campaigns and optimising for performance: CPA, CPC, CTR, etc.- Demonstrated experience owning a social calendar and creating original content for social.- Experience in creative and design tools is a must: PhotoShop, InDesign, Figma. - Excellent understanding of TikTok and the digital media landscape in Europe.Preferred qualification:- Comfortable working in a highly autonomous, fast-paced environment.About TikTokTikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video.
