Together, these collective efforts will grow meaningful impact from the ground up,reshaping landscapes, livelihoods, and the future of climate action.We are seeking a Digital Marketing Consultant to expand our brand visibility, engage new audiences,and strengthen Nyra’s digital presence. The consultant will help to develop and implement a robust,scalable strategy that reflects Nyra’s voice and values. The consultant will design and deliverinnovative campaigns that inspire participation, foster transparency, and translate impact intomeasurable growth.Purpose of the RoleThe consultant will design and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy that amplifies Nyra’smission, drives authentic engagement, and attracts individual partners. They will lead dynamiccampaigns across social, digital, and creative media, while mentoring an intern to ensure long-terminternal capacity. All digital outputs must reflect Nyra’s brand identity — grounded, intentional, andempowering — while integrating analytics and data-led insights to guide decision-making andmeasure success.ObjectivesDevelop a Digital Marketing Strategy that defines Nyra’s presence across all platforms,including social media, email, and web, establishing clear KPIs for awareness, engagement,and conversion.Build Dynamic Campaign Systems incorporating newsletters, email journeys, blogs,interviews, podcasts, influencer collaborations, and strategic giveaways.Establish a Data-Driven Feedback Loop to track engagement quality, sentiment, andperformance, connecting insights to real-world impact.Mentor an intern in content creation, scheduling, analytics, and audience engagement tobuild internal capacity.Strengthen Nyra’s Digital Brand Position as a leader in climate storytelling and regenerativepartnerships.Scope of WorkThe Consultant will:Audit Nyra’s brand identity, digital footprint and analytics.Create templates and brand-aligned assets for newsletters, email campaigns, and partnership announcements.Develop a multi-platform content calendar integrating impact storytelling and campaign cycles.Design, manage, and evaluate campaigns across social, digital, and multimedia channels —including blogs, interviews, podcasts, influencer collaborations, and giveaways.Develop strategies for community building and audience retention.Establish an analytics dashboard to measure reach, engagement, and growth.Mentor one intern on campaign design, social scheduling, and content performance.Deliverables• Comprehensive Digital Marketing Strategy and Campaign Framework• Content Calendar and Visual Asset Toolkit• Newsletter and Email Campaign System• Podcast, Blog, and Influencer Collaboration Plan• Analytics Dashboard and Monthly Reporting Template• End-of-Contract Summary and Scale RecommendationsTimeline (up to 4 months)Stage 1 – Discovery and Strategy Foundation• Conduct full digital audit and internal interviews• Approve metrics and success criteria with the COO• Present initial strategic outline and campaign pillarsStage 2 – Campaign Design and Activation• Launch pilot campaigns across priority channels (social, newsletter, email)• Begin development of blog, podcast, and influencer collaboration schedule• Initiate intern mentorship sessions and content reviewsStage 3 – Expansion and Feedback Integration• Roll out cross-platform storytelling initiatives• Analyse campaign data and engagement insights• Refine approach to increase reach and impact• Implement/optimise reporting dashboardStage 4 – Consolidation and Transition• Deliver final strategy, systems, and documented processes• Present end-of-project insights and next-phase recommendations• Assess intern performance and hand over the full operations plan to COOGovernance and ReportingThe consultant will report directly to the Chief Executive & Operating Officer. Bi-weekly reviews willmonitor progress, challenges, and campaign data.
