We represent some of the country’s leading digital creators, deliver industry-defining brand partnerships, and develop bestselling IP across books, broadcast, podcasts, and live events.As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Finance Clerk / Finance Assistant to join our growing team and support the smooth running of our financial operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and loves getting things done.What you’ll be doingDay-to-day finance operations:Preparing and issuing talent and agency invoicesTracking invoice payments and managing accounts receivableChasing overdue invoices professionally and proactivelyManaging accounts payable and ensuring timely talent paymentsReconciling transactions and maintaining accurate financial recordsPreparing monthly finance reports for managementAssisting with cash-flow forecastingSupporting wider business operations:Maintaining organised financial documentation and compliance recordsLiaising with brand partners, clients, and talent on payment queriesWorking closely with our internal team and external accountantsSupporting with VAT submissions and HMRC requirements (training provided)Helping to streamline processes and implement better financial systems as we growWhat we’re looking forExperience in a finance, accounts, or bookkeeping role (agency experience a bonus but not essential)Strong understanding of invoicing, reconciliations, and basic accounting processesHighly organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple prioritiesStrong communication skills — especially when dealing with brands and talentConfidence working with accounting software (Xero experience ideal, but training available)A team player with great attention to detail and a calm, solutions-focused approachSomeone who wants to grow with the business and be part of a dynamic, creative teamWhy join Dopamine Studios?Be part of a fast-growing agency shaping the future of the UK creator economyWork across high-profile brand partnerships and award-winning talentCollaborative, supportive team cultureReal progression opportunities as we scaleHybrid working, flexible hours, and a chance to make a meaningful impact from day oneHow to applyPlease send your CV and a short note about why the role excites you to mel@dopaminestudios.co.uk.
