Maxwell Marshall are partnered with a leading impact investor that brings investment to one of the world’s greatest challenges — access to healthcare.With $200m in committed capital and operations across 90+ countries, this team structures financial guarantees and risk-sharing mechanisms that make lifesaving vaccines, medicines, and diagnostics more affordable and widely available.They’re now looking to appoint an Investment Associate to join their Health Investments team — ideally with experience in debt or structured finance — to help structure, and execute transactions that combine financial rigour with measurable development impact.The ideal candidate:• 3+ years’ experience in investment banking, private credit, or corporate finance• Advanced financial modelling and deal execution capability• Excellent commercial judgement and communication skills• Genuine interest in applying finance to global health and impactThis is an outstanding opportunity to work with a respected, well-capitalised platform that sits at the intersection of finance, innovation, and purpose.
