The Backend Developer will be responsible for designing and developing server-side applications, ensuring system functionality, and collaborating with front-end developers to optimize the integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic. Responsibilities also include maintaining code quality, troubleshooting application issues, and implementing best practices in development. Qualifications Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and server-side software developmentFamiliarity with Front-End Development and its integration with backend systemsStrong programming skills in relevant languages and frameworksProblem-solving abilities and a focus on system efficiency and scalabilityBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldExcellent teamwork and collaboration skills with attention to detailExperience working in an on-site environment and meeting project deadlinesPrevious work in agile development or project management frameworks is a plus
