As part of our team, you will shape the future of fintech with real technology, care, and purpose.Why this role mattersWe are looking for a Backend Software Engineer, Golang to join the core team developing a new corporate social-media-style portal that will serve as the central communication and engagement hub for employees. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining a scalable backend platform based on Go microservices and event-driven architecture.This role involves end-to-end ownership of backend services — from architecture and implementation to performance, reliability, and production operations. You will collaborate closely with Product, Frontend, DevOps, and QA to ship high-quality features in an iterative and fast-paced environment.The role is based in our Limassol office, Cyprus.
